Twyla Rownak, LPC, LMFT
Life throws us curveballs, and sometimes we need a guide to navigate the rough patches. With over a decade of therapeutic experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through significant transitions – from healing the echoes of a traumatic childhood and working through grief to cultivating more connected parenting and letting go of old patterns of self-sabotage.
My practice is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed perspective. I believe that your past experiences have shaped you, and together, we can create a path forward where you learn and thrive. My focus is helping you find relief from grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression through a powerful combination of Somatic Experiencing (SE) and talk therapy to safely and gently help you release the shock of unresolved trauma that can become trapped in your body.
Through a series of gentle yet effective processes, you'll develop a heightened awareness of your emotional, mental, and physical sensations to allow your system to safely and gradually discharge the survival energy that often gets stuck after overwhelming experiences. Instead of reliving or re-enacting trauma, we'll work in small, incremental steps, empowering your nervous system to renegotiate past events. You'll also gain practical strategies for grounding yourself, settling your system, and strengthening your personal boundaries. Twyla accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, AmBetter, and QualChoice.
When I'm not in session, I'm the proud mother of four wonderful adults and their partners. I share my home in Bentonville with my husband, three cats, a dog, and a charming collection of houseplants. In my downtime, I love to create at a local pottery studio, enjoy a quiet latte, or simply find peace among the trees.

Stephanie McGrath, PLLC
Same Day/Immediate Openings!
Hi! I am Stephanie and I cannot wait to meet you! I am sending my energy out into the world to those who see this and connect. I have lived a life less ordinary. My path has not been linear, it's like a squirrel got ahold of my lifeline and took me for a ride! From the corporate world, endurring multiple displacements to eventually being "promoted to customer" to owning multiple businesses. I am also a single parent, with joint custody with a teen child; so I have and still experience the stressors of the court system, ad litems, stepparents, etc. All that to say, I have probably walked a few hundred feet in your shoes. I have the educational achievements and professional licenses plus the life experiences that no piece of paper can encompass. What to expect in our 1st session: we will explore where you're at, where you'd like to go and create behavioral goals to help you lead a value driven life with meaning. If you're feeling anxiety, stuck, or unsure of next steps, we will work together to create a clear path that makes sense to you. Please reach out for a consult call if any of this resonates with you. Stephanie accepts self pay and Aetna.

Kelsey Maloney-Steiner LPC (AR), LPC_MHSP (TN), MSC
Kelsey works with adolescents and adults, supporting individuals as they explore the stories that have shaped who they are and who they are becoming. She creates a therapeutic space grounded in curiosity, respect, and transparency, where clients can safely examine identity, patterns, and lived experience. Kelsey believes that every person’s story matters and that growth is possible at any stage of life. By bearing witness to each individual’s narrative, she helps clients reconnect with their strengths, reclaim agency, and move toward a life that feels authentic and aligned.
Kelsey specializes in working with late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autistic adults, many of whom are navigating identity shifts, burnout, masking, perfectionism, and grief around missed support earlier in life. She also specializes in treating eating disorders and is particularly attuned to the intersection of dance and mental health. As someone deeply familiar with the dance world, Kelsey understands the unique pressures dancers and other high-achieving, creative individuals face—body image, injury, performance anxiety, discipline culture, transitions out of dance, and the challenge of separating self-worth from productivity and achievement.
Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based. She strives to be fully present, ask thoughtful questions, and offer a space where clients feel seen rather than judged. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially for those who have learned to push through or perform competence, but Kelsey views seeking help as an act of courage. Mental health challenges are not failures—they are human experiences. Kelsey offers individual therapy and is also available for group presentations and seminars focused on neurodivergence, eating disorders, and dancer mental health. Kelsey accepts Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Aetna and QualChoice.
